One paid plan, with every calculator tool included: validation, single-path projection, Monte Carlo, what-if overrides, plan comparison and the year-by-year view. One subscription covers both ways to use it: through your AI assistant, and in the 9to95 web app, whose address we will publish when subscriptions open. Prices are in US dollars. There is no lifetime plan and no free plan, but each plan starts with a 7-day free trial. To use it through an AI assistant, you need one that can add a custom connector. As of 2026-10-05 that is any Claude plan, or a paid plan for ChatGPT or Gemini. Those plans are sold by their providers, separately from 9to95, and the connect guides have the details. The web app needs no assistant at all.

Each subscription has a daily allowance of 25 standard simulation runs, shared between the assistant connection and the web app and counted by day in Coordinated Universal Time. A standard run is the simulation the web app runs for a plan; an assistant run of a different size counts in proportion, and a single request may be at most two and a half standard runs. A free trial has a lower allowance, below. Calculations share one machine and take turns when it is busy; if too many are waiting, the newest is declined and you can try it again shortly. A request that simulates several plans or passes counts each one; a sensitivity analysis, if your assistant turns one on, counts five runs. Ask the identical question again within 15 minutes and the repeat, answered from the result we hold, is not counted a second time. The Terms describe repeats and limits in full.

What the calculator models

• Models marketplace health insurance before Medicare: premiums and the premium tax credit under the rules for the tool's stated tax-data year, including the income level above which the credit stops.
• Models the sale of a home, including the tax on the gain after the federal exclusion for a primary residence ($250,000 per person, $500,000 for a couple filing jointly) and the move or downsize that follows.
• Each expense can grow at its own rate, for example home upkeep tied to the home's value or medical costs at a medical inflation rate, rather than every line growing at one inflation rate.
• Models a move to another state in a chosen year: state and local tax rules follow the new state from that year, with no home sale; the home, mortgage and accounts stay as entered.
• Models a period of long-term care late in life, with the cost growing at a medical inflation rate you can set. During it, and in every year, money is drawn in the order the plan sets, which can place seasoned Roth money before traditional money that would be taxed above a chosen bracket.

Free trial

Each person can have one 7-day free trial, with every tool, through your assistant and in the web app. You choose the yearly or monthly plan and enter a card at Paddle's checkout. Nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends, your plan starts and Paddle charges its price, $89 a year or $9 a month plus any sales tax, unless you cancel before then. Cancel at any time online in Paddle's customer portal or by emailing support@9to95.com. If you cancel during the trial, you keep it until it ends and are never charged. We email you when the trial starts and again 2 days before it ends. During the trial the daily allowance is 5 standard simulation runs. If you are charged and change your mind, ask within 30 days for a full refund.
